摘　　要： 利用mtDNA序列 ,设计出两对特异性引物 ,应用定性PCR技术检疫鉴定番石榴实蝇。本方法适用于成虫鉴定和未成熟虫态 (卵、幼虫、蛹 )的快速检疫鉴定。 A PCR-based method of Bactrocera correctus species identification based on nucleotide sequences of the mtDNA has been established.Two specific primes for B.correctus have been designed.It is useful for rapidly inspecting and identifying either the adult of B.correctus or the immature stages such as eggs,larvae and pupae.
