摘　　要： 以供需双方共同利益最大化的合作博弈为契机,建立不同信息结构下供应链订购批量模型,推导出基于订购批量的价格折扣均衡结果,获取有现实意义的供应链契约.在对这些结果进行比较的基础上,得出随信息分享程度的增加,合作交易的总收益随之增加的结论. From the view-angle of maximizing the joint payoff, order-lot models for supply chain under different information structures was presented, price discount equilibrium results based on order-lot models was given, and supply chain contract which was full of practical significance was obtained. According to the comparision of the results, a clear conclusion was made, that was, the total payoffs increase with the increase ment of information-sharing degree.
