摘　　要： 华中电网在线稳定控制系统以大系统理论和EMS实时信息为基础,采用了分层决策和分层控制的控制模式,实现了全网各稳定控制装置间统一协调,以达到区域性的最佳控制。文章介绍了该系统的基本结构、特点和运行情况,提出了今后需要解决的问题。 Based on the theory of large-scale power system and the real-time information of EMS, the mode of hierarchical decision and hierarchical control were adopted in online stability control system of Central China power system. Thus, all of the control equipment in the power system were managed and corresponded to realize optimal control. The structure and key technologies on the control system were introduced in the paper.
