摘　　要： 本文依据对江西省部分职业学校抽样调查的材料,对近年来江西省中等职业学校师资队伍建设的主要成绩和突出问题作了客观分析,并参照其他省份出台的有关政策和采取的有关措施,有针对性地提出了对加强江西省职教师资队伍建设的意见和设想。 According to the spot check of some vocational schools in Jiangxi, this paper makes an external analysis of the main achievements and prominent problems in the construction of secondary vocational teaching team in recent years. Referring to the related policies and measures in other provinces, it proposes some suggestions and assumptions of the reinforcement of Jiangxi vocational teaching team.
