摘 要: 分析了我国传统调味品工业化的现状 ,存在的问题 ,并提出了开创中国传统调味品现代品牌、世界品牌的发展战略。我国调味品市场正在健康成长 ,调味品生产厂家应努力扩大生产规模 ,重视技术、质量和管理 ,树立品牌意识。 The present situation of Chinese traditional condiment industry was analyzed and the existing problem was revealed. Chinese traditional condiment industry should be developed into modern brand and world brand. The condiment market is growing up now.The condiment manufacturer should make great efforts to study development strategy ,expand the production scale ,pay attention to technology, quality and management.
