摘　　要： 本文使用DEA方法的C2 R模型 ,以北京、上海、广东星级酒店为例 ,计算分析其相对效率 ,为酒店业的效率评估提供了定量研究方法 ,并通过对其结果进行定性分析得出相应启示。 This paper,using C\+2R model of DEA method,taking star\|rated hotels in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangdong province as an example,calculates and analyses the relative efficiency,providing a quantitative method for the efficiency assessment of the hospitality industry and gaining the corresponding quantitative analysis for its result.
