摘 要: 研究了不同浓度的植物生长促进剂———DA - 6对野大麦Hordeumbrevisubulatum幼苗光合作用和生长的影响。在二叶期喷施较低质量浓度 (5mg/L ,1 0mg/L)的DA - 6 ,可显著促进幼苗生长和叶绿素含量的提高 ;四叶期喷施较高质量浓度 (2 0mg/L ,30mg/L ,4 0mg/L)的DA - 6 ,可显著提高野大麦幼苗的生物量 ,其中 2 0mg/L和 30mg/L的处理 ,幼苗生物量分别提高 5 5 1 %和 5 9 6 % ;光合作用能力分别提高 1 2 8%和1 8 1 %。 This paper looks at the effects of different concentrations of the plant growth promotant DA 6 on the photosynthesis and growth of wild barley seedlings Spraying low concentrations of DA 6 (5 and 10 mg/L) at the two leaf stage significantly sped up seedling growth and chlorophyll content increase Spraying high concentrations of DA 6 (20, 30, and 40 mg/L) at the four leaf stage significantly increased seedling biomass The 20 and 30 mg/L treatments improved biomass by 55 1% and 59 6%, and improved photosynthesis ability by 12 8% and 18 1%, respectively
