摘　　要： 比较是开展教育研究的重要方法。通过比较 ,参照他国办远程教育的经验可以促进我国现代远程教育的发展。本文通过对部分发达国家实践和政策的分析 ,从远程教育服务于终身教育体系的建立 ,争取国家、社会和企业支持 ,建设优质远程教学资源 ,及推动全球化和本土化等四个方面进行了探讨。 Comparison is an important method in educational studies.Referring to experience in other countries,the development of modern distance education in China can get new improvement.This paper analyses the practice and policies in a few developed countries from 4 parts:serving the foundation of lifelong learning system;striving for the support of nation,society and enterprise;developing high quality resource;and promoting globalization and localization.
