摘　　要： 郑观应作为维新派思想的倡行者和洋务实业活动家是很著名的,但他在中国近代外交上的实践和主张却还为人研究不多,对此加以考察研究不无意义。 Zheng Guanying is a famous initiator and practitioner of the Reformation School as well as an activist of foreign industries in China. However there has been little research of his contributions to the contemporary diplomatic history of China. This article is a tentative study of his views and activities regarding foreign affairs.
