摘　　要： 环境侵权诉讼原告资格的问题是环境法中重要而又热点的问题 .实践和理论界中对此问题关注较多 ,本文拟就从我国环境侵权诉讼原告资格的规定入手 ,讨论扩大原告资格之必要性以及提出扩大原告资格的新构想 ,以期给我国的环境法修订工作带来思考 ,并引起理论界的共鸣 . The problem of plaintiff quality in the case of environmental infringement is an important and hot one in environmental law and it attracts great focus in practice and theory, through the regulation of plaintiff quality in the case of environmental infringement, this essay discusses the necessity of enlarging the plaintiff quality and gives a new opinion on enlarging the plaintiff quality, with the hope of providing some suggestions to the remedy of environmental taw and forming altogether thinking in theory.
