摘　　要： 广东温氏食品集团有限公司农业产业化经营的成功 ,并不仅仅归功于以“公司 +农户”为主要特征的制度创新 ,还应看到温氏集团多年来坚持了以市场需求为导向 ,寻求并维持了它所需要的技术进步与制度创新之间相互需求、相互推动、相互诱导、相互适应的互动均衡。技术进步、制度创新及其与其他投入要素之间的互动均衡 ,成功地推动了温氏集团农业产业化经营的可持续发展。 This paper believes that Wen's Group's success in operating agricultural industrialization can't be only attributed to its institutional innovation with “company + peasant household” as its main character. In fact,for many years Wen's Groups has insisted on adapting to the market demand, seeking and maintaining the interactive equilibrium between technological progress and institutional innovation to achieve mutual promotion. Therefore, it is the interactive equilibrium among the technological progress,the institutional innovation and the other main input factors that has successfully pushed the sustainable development of Wen's Group's operation of agricultural industrialization.
