摘　　要： 企业核心能力是企业通过战略管理对内外部资源进行鉴别、获取、整合利用以形成竞争优势的一个动态过程。它是企业在信息空间中通过由审视、解决问题、抽象、扩散、吸收和影响组成的学习循环将数据提升为信息继而为知识的过程。因此,它具有独特性、难以模仿性和不可替代性。 The enterprise core competency is a dynamic process in which enterprises employs strategic management to check, acquire and integrate both the internal and external resources with an view to gaining competitiveness. It is also a process in which enterprises turn information into knowledge through learning cycles. Therefore, it is unique, inimitable and irreplaceable.
