摘　　要： 就高校自主贷款建设实验室效益评价这一新课题,从评价的目的与重点、效益的保障和评价基本要素的选择等方面,结合管理实践进行了初步探讨,并为未来效益评价指标体系的建立提出了建议。 A new project, how to evaluate the efficiency of the laboratory construction via self-determination form of debit in universities, was proposed and discussed. Based on the practice of management, some main points were explored, such as the destination and keystone of evaluation, the efficiency guarantee and the basic-elements' selection of evaluation as well. Some suggestion on the system of efficiency evaluation related was also presented.
