摘　　要： 人民陪审制有积极的一面:如有利于吸收普通民众参与司法过程,体现司法民主,有利于保护人权,有利于激活法官的审案热情等;人民陪审制也有消极的一面:如使诉讼复杂化,增加了诉讼费用等。通过分析对比,我们才会在对待人民陪审制的存废问题上更富理性。 The people's jury system has its advantages: Such as drawing people to participate in justice, reflecting judicial democracy, protecting human rights, activating judge's passion to hear cases etc. It also has its disadvantages: Such as making litigation more complex, increasing litigation cost etc. After the analysis and comparison can we be more rational to the question whether we'd keep or annul the people's jury system.
