摘 要: 在校本管理理念的影响下,学校评价作为一种重要的学校管理手段也逐渐地走向了“校本”。校本评价的基本理念是发挥学校作为评价主体的自主性、积极性和创造性,最终提高学校教育的质量与效益。校本评价的方法主要有档案袋评价、讨论式评价、360度评价等多种方法。校本评价对于改革我国现行的教育评价制度有重要的参考价值。 Influence by the ieda of school-based management (SBM), the school evaluation as a strategy is going towards the school-based evaluation (SBE). The basic idea of SBE emphasizes the functions of a school as the main evaluator, so that the school is able to arouse its enthusiansm, improve its autonomy and encourage its creativity in order to improve the quality and effctiveness of the schooling. The main methods of SBE are “Records Bag Evaluation”, “Discussing Evaluation ”and “360 Grades Evaluation”. The SBE will do much help to reforming the educational evaluation system of China.
