桑粒肩天牛幼虫肠道菌群的种类及分布

摘  要: 对47头野外采集的桑粒肩天牛幼虫肠道进行定性与定量检测,发现了13种菌群。其中葡萄球菌属在前中肠、中中肠、后中肠和后肠中的分离率为100%,是常住菌群。链球菌属、肠杆菌属、埃希氏菌属、志贺氏菌属和芽孢杆菌属在上述4个肠段都能分离到,但分离率较低。而其他菌群只能在某些肠道分离到,为过路菌群。各个肠段菌群菌量分布不同,即后中肠<中中肠<前中肠<后肠。葡萄球菌属菌量在各肠段分布同总的菌群菌量一致。可见葡萄球菌属在桑粒肩天牛生长发育过程中起了积极的作用。 The variety and distribution of the bacteria in the intestine of Apriona germari (Hope) were qualitatively and quantitatively studied from May 1999 to October 2000. A total of 21 different troops of bacteria belonging to 13 genera were isolated and identified from the intestinal fluid of 47 A. germari larvae The count and isolation rate of Staphyloccus cover 7.63±0.21 per gram gut and 100%, respectively, and it was the predominant and indigenous flora. The others were supposed to be transient floras. Different gut sections showed different flora compositions. Treptococcus, Enterobacter, Shigella and Bacillus were detected in all the four sections but their isolation rate was low. The normal intestinal floras in the fore-midmut, mid-midgut and hindgut of A. germari larvae were examined. The grand mean count of viable cells of the four sections was 7.35±0.30, 7.22±0.31, 6.89±0.36 and 7.84±0.28, respectively. The count of bacteria in the hindgut was greater than that in the mid-midgut and hind-midgut ( P <0.05).
