摘 要: 概述了环形和非环形氨基羧酸类配体与钆(Ⅲ)形成的配合物的配位特征和热力学稳定性,并介绍了其可能作为核磁共振造影剂的研究进展。 Coordinating characters and thermodynamic stabilities of gadolinium (Ⅲ) complexes with acyclic, cyclic amino carboxylic ligands or naturally occurring polymers were discussed, and the newest advances of the possible application of these complexes as MRI contrast agents were reviewed.
