摘 要: 本文用复合电镀的方法研制了环形电镀金刚石线锯 ,锯丝基体采用直径 0 .8mm的 65Mn钢丝 ,经氩弧焊焊接成环形。采用镀镍的方法将金刚石磨料把持在环形钢丝基体上而制成环形电镀金刚石锯丝 ,用此环形锯丝在自制的试验设备上对花岗岩的锯切试验表明 :锯口边缘整齐规则 ,无崩碎现象 ,锯丝切出的表面光滑 ,质量较高。 Using PDA 768 diamond from Element Six, 0.8mm 65Mn Steel wire (argon welded in looped form, tempering at 280℃ for one hour) as substrate, diamond wire saw was made by combined electroplating(sand setting and thickening). The cutting experiments were carried out in laboratory on granite. The results showed that the edges of sawing slots are neat and smooth.
