摘　　要： 数控加工螺纹要解决的两个重要问题是:切削螺纹裕量的计算和进刀量的选择,本文详细介绍了螺纹裕量的计算方法和进刀量的选择依据,并提供了有关的运算公式和图表,通过举例编程,说明各参数的运用和各螺纹指令的编程方法,并介绍了加工螺纹时应注意的问题。 Thread machining involves two important matters i.e. calculation of cutting tolerance and selection of feed amount, which are presented in detail in this paper. The paper also provides the calculation formula, graphs. By citing examples of programming, it illustrates the application of different parameters and programming instructions as well as matters to be noted in thread machining.
