摘 要: 企业作为社会心理系统存在着企业心理边界。本文通过对个体和群体心理边界内涵的考察 ,提出了企业心理边界的概念 ,按企业心理边界的清晰性—模糊性、稳定性—动态可变性、不可渗透性—可渗透性维度分析了企业心理边界的特征 ,形成了企业心理边界的相关推论。在此基础上 ,构建了企业心理边界管理的模型并从企业心理边界与企业适应、组织变革、组织学习的关系阐述了企业心理边界管理的含义。最后 ,指出了企业心理边界进一步研究的问题。 The psychological boundary of enterprise (PBE) is something that actually exists from the perspective of enterprise as social psychological system. The article sets up the concept of PBE after examining individual and group psychological boundary, and analyzes the characteristic of PBE by the clarity-illegibility, stability-flexibility and impermeability-permeability dimensions of PBE, and forms some propositions on PBE.Then it establishes the model of PBE management, and discusses the meaning of PBE for enterprise management from the relation between PBE and enterprise adaptation, organizational change, and organizational learning. Finally, the article explains the further directions to research.
