模拟酸雨对杂交稻常规稻野生稻影响的研究
Effects of Simulated Acid Rain on Hybrid, Common and Wild Rice Varieties

摘  要: 采用与研究区自然降雨的离子组成相近的不同pH值模拟酸雨,在营养生长期对栽植于试验小区的杂交稻、常规稻和野生稻进行了喷淋试验。结果表明,经不同浓度的酸雨喷淋后,杂交稻、常规稻和野生稻的叶片叶绿素含量、叶片相对电导率和产量性状等均发生了改变。pH值大于或等于3.5的酸雨对杂交稻、常规稻和野生稻的叶片叶绿素含量、叶片相对电导率和产量性状没有显著影响;pH值小于3.5的酸雨对杂交稻、常规稻和野生稻的叶片叶绿素含量、叶片相对电导率和产量性状的影响达到显著或极显著水平。其中酸雨对各生态型稻种细胞膜透性的影响程度为常规稻>野生稻>杂交稻;对叶绿素含量影响程度为杂交稻>常规稻>野生稻;对经济产量的影响程度为常规稻>杂交稻。 Simulated acid rains with various acidities were sprayed over foliage of two cultivated rice variety species and wild rice during vegetative stage. The result showed that the sprayed acid rain affected external osmotic ratio of electrolyte, chlorophyll content and the yield. When pH value was higher than 3.5, the acid rain had no significantly effect on external osmotic ratio of electrolyte, chlorophyll content and yield, while it did significantly effect when the pH value was lower than 3.5 for the simulated acid rain. In terms of degrees for the effects with the different ecotype rices, we found that for the external osmotic ratio of electrolyte: common rice>wild rice>hybrid rice; for chlorophyll contents: hybrid rice >common rice>wild rice; and for the yield: common rice >hybrid rice, respectively.
