摘　　要： 本文运用社会学的实证调查研究三峡农村移民家庭经济状况的变化 ,认为移民现有的土地质量下降 ,面积减少 ,税负增加 ,移民款不到位是导致移民家庭经济困难的直接原因 ,地方保护主义和基层干部庇护主义是导致这种情况发生的深层原因。要改善移民的经济状况 ,可以从解决移民土地问题、加强对移民进行人力资源培训和加强移民工作的基层民主与法制建设等方面入手。 This paper firstly describes the situation of the family economy of emigrants from the Three Gorges,then it reaches a conclusion that what causes the difficult family economy of the emigrants directly is the lower quality and quantity of field that they are allocated,and the real reasons are the idea to protect the local interest.Finally,some resolutions are proposed.
