摘　　要： 以 5 氨基 1H 1 ,2 ,4 三氮唑 3 羧酸乙酯为原料 ,经Sandmeyer反应合成了 5 X 1H 1 ,2 ,4 三氮唑 3 羧酸乙酯 (X =Cl,Br,I) ( 1a～ 1c) ,1a～ 1c再分别与α 2′,4′ 二氟苯乙酮反应合成了 3个 5 卤代 1H 1 ,2 ,4 三氮唑 3 羧酸乙酯衍生物 ( 2a～ 2c) ,其结构通过元素分析 ,IR ,UV和1HNMR进行了表征。 5-Halogenated-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester(1a～1c) were synthesized from 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester by Sandmeyer reaction, and their derivatives were prepared by the reaction of 1a～1c with 2′,4′-difluoroacetophenone in the presence of CH 2Cl 2, K 2CO 3 and TEBA. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, UV and 1H NMR.
