摘　　要： 文章立足苏北地区现实,借鉴国内外超市的成功经验,运用对比的方法,分析了盐城本土上最大的民营超市"雅家乐"目前的经营现状和经营规模、品种、管理以及经营方式等方面存在的问题,并对超市未来的发展提出了相关的对策建议。 Based on the reality of the northern area of jiangsu province and combined with successful experiences from home and abroad,This paper adopts the means of comparison to analyze the current business condition along with problems existed in the scale,categories,management and ways of operation of the leading private-owned supermarket in Yancheng area,and comes up with countermeasures relevant to the future development of supermarket.
