摘 要: 选矿过程用水量大,产生的废水量也比较大,而废水经过适当的处理后可以使大部分废水和一些没有完全反应的药剂得到回用,某些工艺过程甚至可以使废水全部回用。这些清洁生产技术不会给浮选指标和稳定性带来不利影响,且大大节约了用水量和药剂等一些原料,降低了废水的排放量,减少对环境的污染,环境效益和社会效益非常显著。 Floatation process requires a large amount of water, as a result, a large amount of wastewater will be produced. However, most of wastewater and some reagent remained in it can be recovered and reused after appropriate treatment, in some case, wastewater and reagent can even be wholly recovered with some special technology. Theses clean production technologies not only have no influence upon floatation quality and stability, but can also save water and reagent, reduce the wastewater discharge have less environmental pollution, so they have notable environmental and social benefits.
