摘　　要： 经济全球化和加入WTO对中国民族工业的影响是显而易见的,同时这也是一个颇为敏感的问题。经济全球化更新了传统的民族工业的概念。经济全球化犹如一把双刃剑,既给国内相关产业造成振荡和冲击,但与此同时亦带来了经济发展的机遇。本文着重就民族工业的概念、民族工业和贸易保护的关系、经济全球化和加入WTO给中国民族工业带来的压力与挑战以及如何在经济全球化背景下依法保护我国民族工业等问题进行了探讨。 Economic globalization has renewed the definition of national industry. Economic globalization is just like a double-edged sword, which not only has brought about challenges to our national industry, but also has generated development opportunities to the national industry. This article discusses the concept of national industry, the relation between national industry and trade protectionism, the challenges and opportunities brought about by the economic globalization and the accession of WTO and the legal protection of China's national industry.
