摘 要: 基于相似理论建立了玻壳模具冷却器的流动传热模型 .流动采用固定平行平板间的间隙流动模型 ,换热采用赛特和塔特的换热模型 ,并通过进一步推导获得了最终计算方案 .最后通过程序实现计算出冷却水的流量场、速度场、换热系数场等的分布 ,为玻壳模具温度场的数值模拟提供了必需的边界条件 . A proper scheme of the flow and heat-transfer model was established based on similarity theory. The model of clearance flow between parallel flats was viewed as the flow model,and the model of heat-transfer presented by Seider and Tate was used as the heat-transfer model. The final calculation formulae were derived by further deduction. The distribution of some field parameters such as the flux,the velocity,and the heat-transfer coefficient computed by the programming provided required conditions for cooling simulation.
