摘　　要： 研究了半干法制备高取代度阳离子淀粉的各种影响因素 ,研究表明 :最佳工艺条件是 :醚化剂用量w =5 5 % ;氢氧化钠用量w =1 .0 % ;体系含水量w =2 6% ;反应温度 70℃ ;反应时间 4h ;加入适量催化剂Ew =1 0 % ,能制备出取代度 0 .5 1 0 ,反应效率达 88. This paper deals with the preparation of cationic starch with high substituted degree by half-dry process. Study shows that under the typical condition, the dosage of etherifying agent is 55%,the sodium hydroxide is 1.0%,the amount of water in system is 26%,catalyzer E is 10%,at 70℃ for 4 hours, we can get the cationic starch of which the DS is 0.510 and the reaction efficiency is 88.7%.
