摘　　要： 陕北方言没有“吗”字是非问句,但有一种使用频率极高的特殊问句类型“VP-neg?”,我们将其界定为正反是非问句。文章从类型学的角度探讨了该类问句的结构特点,分析煞尾的“不”、“没”的语义语用特征以及语法化进程,并藉此验证了普通话的“吗”字句来源于早期正反问句的观点。 The North Shaanxi dialect does not have the yes/no interrogative pattern with 吗 (ma), but have a type of special interrogative pattern of 'VP-neg' with a high frequency of usage, which is defined as a positive/negative and yes/no interrogative pattern. This paper discusses its syntactic characteristics from the typological perspective, analyses the semantic and pragmatic features of the sentence-end particles of 不 (bu) and 没 (mei) and their process of grammaticalization, and verifies the view that the pattern with 吗 in Putonghua is originated from the positive/negative interrogative pattern of the early stage.
