摘　　要： 通过复杂螺旋面钻尖设计方法导出锪窝钻钻尖内刃后角公式及内刃后角与内刃偏角的关系表达式 ,改进了锪窝钻的设计与制造。生产实践证明 ,改进后锪窝钻的切削性能及使用寿命显著提高。 Employing the method of complex helical drill point design,the formula of the clearance angle of inner cut edge for the socket drill is derived and the relationship between the clearance angle and the slantwise angle of the inner cut edge is deduced to innovate the design and manufacture of the socket drill. Engineering applications verify that its cutting performance and the tool-life are improved significantly.
