摘　　要： 随着中国高教收费制度和学生资助政策的普遍实施,学生贷款制度作为资助政策的中心,已引起了社会各界的关注。然而自从1997年助学贷款试行到今天在全国范围的推广,效果并不理想。笔者从学生贷款的性质分析入手,探讨学生贷款难的根本原因和制约其发展的瓶颈问题,提出了解决瓶颈问题的途径和策略。 With the practice of tuition collection system in higher learning institutions in China and loan program for students in 1997, the operation results of the program is not satisfactory. From the character analysis of students' loans, the paper studies the difficulties students meet when they loan money from the bank and the bottleneck which restrains the loan system development, and puts forward the approaches and strategies to solve these problems.
