摘 要: 办学自主权使高等学校有了面向社会、面向市场调整优化学科结构的主体意识。办学自主权是培育学科特色的先决条件;准确地学科定位是学科规划的前提,是培育学科特色的基础性工作;不论是从资源配置的角度讲还是从学科之间能量转移的角度讲,不均衡发展是培育学科特色的有效策略。高等院校要在学科梯队建设、学术建设、条件建设和学科文化建设等方面的创新中培育学科特色。 Self-determination makes it possible for colleges/universities to possess the sense of optimizing their subject framework when facing the society and the market. Self-determination is the prerequisite for cultivating the subject characteristics; accurate subject orientation the premise of subject planning and the basic work for cultivating subject characteristics. And, either from the perspective of resources collocation or from the perspective of energy transfer between subjects, imbalanced development is the effective way of cultivating subject characteristics. Colleges/universities ought to cultivate their subject characteristics in the construction of subject teams, academic learning, working conditions and subject culture.
