摘　　要： 鄱阳湖的保护和开发利用对于调节气候、保护生物多样性及促进地区经济发展都具有十分深远的影响。鄱阳湖区拥有大量高品位的旅游资源 ,在区域合作的基础上进行环鄱阳湖区的旅游开发 ,以实现共享资源、共铸形象、共造品牌。在旅游开发区域合作的框架下 ,环鄱阳湖区旅游资源开发实施开发建设联动化、投资主体多元化、区域产品网络化、经营管理科技化战略 ,同时采取政府主导型的产业联动和开发机制下的管理创新等旅游业发展战略模式 ,保障旅游业可持续发展。 The protection and exploitation of poyang lake have a great influence on adjusting the climate,protecting the diversities of lives and promoting the economic development of the area Thus,people put more attention on the issues Poyang lake area is abundant in high quality tourism resources It′is very important to exploit it scientifically and reasonably The paper puts forward the suggestion that the tourism exploitation should be made on the basis of regional co ordination Thus the counties around Poyɑng lake can share resources,and build up a mutual image and brand Under the frame of regional co-ordinate exploitation,the paper makes a deep discussion on the strategy of tourism resources exploitation,the strategic model of tourism developing,and expounds some opinions on the protecting methods of improving the sustainable development of tourism
