摘　　要： 固原市土地面积和人口约占宁夏回族自治区的 1/3,而国内生产总值仅占全自治区的 8.79% ,全市 5县 1区均为国定贫困县 ,农业人口占 90 % ,尚处于传统农业阶段。在全面建设小康社会的进程中 ,面临着五个问题和三个难点。本文在分析固原市县域经济现状及面临的问题、困难的基础上 。 The area and population of Guyuan account for one third of Ningxia, wh ile GDP only accounts for 8.79%, agriculture population accounts for 90% of its whole population. Five counties and one district of Guyuan are all poverty count ies delimited by nation .In the course of building relatively wealthy society, a chieving industrialization, marketlization and citylization, Guyuan is faced wit h five problems and three nodus. Researching on the reality and the problems of county areas economy, the article expounds five countermeasur es.
