摘 要: 以肉桂酸钠和氯化苄为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作催化剂,采用微波辐射技术,在常压下直接合成肉桂酸苄酯,考察了催化剂用量、微波辐射功率和辐射时间对酯产率的影响。最适宜的反应条件为:当n(肉桂酸钠)∶n(氯化苄)=1∶1.2时,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的用量1.0g,微波功率300W,辐射30min,产率达80%以上。 With sodium cinnamate and benzyl chloride as raw material, hexadecy trimethylammonium bromide as catalyst, benzyl cinnamate is synthesized directly under normal pressure and microwave irradiation. The effects of amount of catalyst, power and time of microwave irradiation on yield are studied. The most suitable reaction conditions were that , the molar ratio of sodium cinnamate and benzyl chloride was 1.0∶1.2, the amount of hexadecy trimethylammonium bromide was 1.0 and the microwave irradiation time 30 min with the power of 300 W. The yield of benzyl cinnamate was over 80%.
