摘 要: 研究了有机硅树脂SFR10 0对四溴双酚A双 (2 ,3 -二溴丙基 )醚 (TBAB)阻燃ABS的阻燃性能、冲击强度及电性能的影响。结果表明 ,SFR10 0与TBAB对ABS有协同阻燃作用 ,可有效提高阻燃ABS的阻燃性能和冲击强度 ,并使其电性能得到一定的改善。在TBAB用量为 14 % (质量分数 ,下同 )的阻燃ABS中 ,SFR10 0的适宜用量为4% ,此时氧指数和冲击强度分别从 2 9 2 %和 11 2kJ/m2 提高到 3 1 8%和 15 1kJ/m2 ,且电气强度提高 ,介电常数和介电损耗因数下降。TGA分析表明 ,SFR10 0提高了ABS的热分解温度。通过SEM发现 ,SFR10 0主要以微小的液滴形式均匀分散在ABS基体中。 The effect of silicone resin SFR100 on flame retardancy ,impact strength and electrical properties of flame retardant ABS based on tetrabrombisphenol A dis(2,3-dibromopyl)ether(TBAB) was studied. It was found that SFR100 and TBAB had synergistic effect on the flame retardancy of ABS, and SFR100 could improve the flame retardancy, impact strength and electrical properties of the flame retardant ABS. The suitable mass fraction of SFR100 was 4% in the flame retardant ABS with 14% TBAB. The OI and impact strength increased to 31.8% and 15.1 kJ/m2 from 29.2% and 11.2 kJ/m2 respectively. Furthermore, the electrical strength increased and the dielectric constant and the dielectric dissipation factor decreased. TGA results showed that SFR100 increased the heat degradation temperature of ABS, and the result of SEM investigation showed SFR100 dispersed well in the ABS matrix as micro-fluid drops.
