摘　　要： 经过课题组全体人员的调查、问卷、统计、分析,了解了海南省中小学目前实施创新教育的现状,并通过统计分析得出了结论,采用专家座谈论证法对海南省中小学中今后实施创新教育提出了可行性的意见与建议,为海南省教育主管部门进行学校体育教育改革决策提供了量化依据;为进一步改进高等师范院校体育教育专业培养目标、计划、方法和手段提供了参考依据。 Through investigating, questionnaire, statisticing, analyzing, researching group understand the status of innovation education of primary and middle school in hainan province, and make conclusions according to the statistic analyzing, and provide possibility and suggestions for practical creativity in education in primary and middle school in hainan province. At the same time provide basis of estimated for hainan provincial education and educational reform. It also do good to physical education’s teaching tauget, plannng , method and means in high normal college and institute.
