摘　　要： 在调查和访谈的基础上 ,运用系统的观点 ,对高校体育过程中基本的组织形态和常用的体育方法进行了全面的考察 ,探讨了它们与实现高校体育目标的内在联系及优选时要考虑的主要因素 ,提出了建立符合高校体育实际的组织形态和科学的体育方法体系的基本思想 ,指出了优化组织形态和体育方法的过程中所要面临的课题。 Based on investigations and interviews as well as systematic theories, the paper made a thorough observation of the basic structural formation and the often-used sport methodologies in the process of university PE, probed their in ternal relationship with realizing the goals of university PE and the main factors in considering the optimal selection, put forward the basic ideas of establishing a scientific sport methodological system which is fit for the realistic structural formation of universities and pointed out the topics in the process of optimizing the structural formation and sport methodologies.
