摘 要: 利用自然光人工气候室,设置3个不同温度(低温区昼20℃/夜15℃,中温区昼25℃/夜20℃,高温区昼30℃/夜25℃)对紫罗兰中晚熟品种'彼岸王'栽培试验;并使用植物生长调节剂赤霉素(GA)(浓度25×10-5)进行3、4、5次喷雾处理.结果显示,低温区GA喷雾处理开花率达100%,对照没有开花.中温区与高温区对照与各处理均未见开花.3个温度区赤霉素GA喷雾处理分别比对照区株高,节数少. Equinoctial King of middle and late variety of stock sprayed plant-growth regulator GA consistency 250×10^(-6) 3, 4 and 5 times is tested at three temperature zones (low temperature zone: day 20℃/night 15℃; medium temperature zone: day 25℃/night 20℃; high temperature zone: day30℃/night 25℃) set by a natural light generator. The results show that the rates of flowering of the sprayed and controls at low temperature zone are 100%, which controls with no flowering. The sprayed and the controls in medium and high temperature zone both are no blossom and the sprayed at three temperature zones have taller stems and fewer nodes.
