摘　　要： 在高速焊缝视觉跟踪系统中,要确保跟踪精度,就必须缩短控制周期以提高控制的频率。为了达到这个目的,在系统中安装的定时器用以控制整个系统的工作时序是十分必要的。讨论了在Windows下实现精确定时技术的2种方法,并利用此技术将一个50ms的定时器用于高速焊视觉跟踪系统中,有效地改善了系统的跟踪质量。 In high-speed weld seam-tracking system based on CCD im ag e,the time that is spent in controlling movement of welding torch should be decreased to achieve accurate seam tracking.It is necessary to install a timer to control whole seam tracking systems working order.This paper gives two me thods to get precise timer under Windows ,by which a time-out interval of50 ms is applied to control this system.
