摘　　要： 论文总结了近 10年来我国图书馆参考咨询研究的主要特点 ,并从参考咨询工作的地位与作用、服务组织与管理、服务内容与方式、咨询人员队伍建设。 This thesis first analyses main characters of domestic studies on reference services in the past ten years, then summarizes some research achievements on reference service through follow aspects: positions and functions, service organization and management, service contents and ways, reference librarian construction, development trends, etc.
