摘　　要： 番鸭“花肝病”是番鸭的一种新的急性烈性传染病 ,主要引起 1～ 3周龄雏番鸭发病 ,发病率为 2 0 %～ 10 0 % ,死亡率为 10 %～ 95 %以上。病鸭的主要症状为严重下痢 ,迅速脱水、衰竭死亡 ;特征病理变化为肝、脾、胰、肾及肠等内脏器官形成大小不等、斑点状、白色至灰白色的坏死性病灶。研究者目前均认为该病的病原为病毒 ,但在病原的理化特性与生物学特性、实验宿主系统及各地疫区免疫防制效果等方面均存在较大差异。 Muscovy duck The mosaic liver disease is a new acute infectious disease whichmai-nly affects 1-3 week old Muscovy duckling. The morbidity and mortality of this disease are about 20%-100% and 10%-95%,respectively. The clinical symptoms are acute diarrhea,dehydration,exhaustion and death; the main pathological changes are irregular white or grey necrotic foci in liver, spleen, pancreas, kidney and intestine.So far, researchers testified virus might be the pathogen of Muscovy duck The mosaic liver disease, but there are still obvious divergence in the concrete chemical and physical characteristics of the pathogen, artificially affected host system and prevention and control of Muscovy duck The mosaic liver disease. Which kind of pathogen caused this disease and the classification of the pathogen are still not clear.
