丁苯胶乳水泥浆体系研究及应用

摘  要: 针对大庆油田油气层具有埋藏深、井底温度高和目的层多等特点 ,研制出了一种新型的适用于深井固井抗高温水泥浆 ,即DHL丁苯胶乳高温防窜水泥浆。通过室内实验研究 ,给出了适用于不同温度下的DHL胶乳水泥浆配方 ,并对DHL胶乳水泥浆常规物性、流变性、胶凝强度和防水气窜性能进行了评价。结果表明 ,该水泥浆具有抗高温、低失水、直角胶凝、防水气窜和良好的流变性等特点。在大庆油田深井中的应用结果表明 ,DHL胶乳水泥浆抗温达 2 2 0℃、流动性好、不起泡 ,抗压强度高 ,实现了水泥浆在较低返速下的紊流顶替 ,有助于提高深井固井顶替效率 ;胶乳水泥浆失水量小于 5 0mL ,胶凝强度曲线成直角 ,过渡时间短 ,自由水为零 ,防止了油气水窜的发生 。 A novel deep well cement slurry named DHL styrene butadiene latex high temperature channeling cement slurry has been developed to adapt the formation characteristics of Daqing oilfield such as deep buried reservoir, high bottom hole temperature and multitudinous target beds. Different formulations of the slurry in different temperature have been given based on laboratory testing and its normal properties, rheology, bonding strength and channeling controlling ability have been also evaluated. The results showed that the slurry has properties of resisting high temperature, low filtrate loss, right angle cementing, good channeling controlling and better rheology. Application in Daqing oilfield deep wells displayed that DHL cement slurry remained good rheology and compressive strength without foaming in high temperature of 220 ℃ and turbulent flow replacing of the slurry in low return velocity has been achieved, i.e., replacing efficiency was increased. API water loss of the cement slurry is less than 50 mL and the bonding strength curve emerge right angle with short transition period and zero free water. As oil/gas/water channeling was prevented, the engineering requirements of cementing in deep well have been satisfied in the oilfield.
