热激励装置研制
Development of Heat-Excitation Device

摘  要: 为实现研究精密机械热态特性的新方法—一热激励法,作者研制了以微机为核心盼热激励装置。该装置集热激励、检测、控制为一体,可对机械实现无损、灵活、方便、快速的热激励。长时间使用证明:该装置功能强、可靠性高,能有效地分析精密机械热态特性,并成功地应用于精密机床热监控点最佳位置的选择。 Based on the thermal susceptible theory of precision machine,a new heat-excitation method is presented in order to study thermal characte-ristics of precision machine.Therefore,a heat-excitation device with micro-computer is developed.The new device has the functions of the heat excitation,its measurementand control.It is provided with 32 channels of temperature measurement,8channels of displacement measurement and 4 channels of heat excitation.Theprecision of temperature measurement can be up to 0.2℃ in range 0℃—100℃,and the precision of displacement measurement can be up to 0.5 μm in range-30—+30 μm.A heat-exciter is so designed that input power can be steplesscontrol in range 0—200W.It resolves the key technique of the heat-excitationdevice that the heat-exciter with non-mechnical force fixation is projectedand developed successfully.Therefore,the system can apply quicly and non-destructively heat-excitation to precision machines.In this paper two examples of using this new device are presented.1)Toidentify thermal sensitive point of the column of a NC machine tool.The 17 poi-nts on four sides of the column are excited with heat excitation power of 22Wand excitation time of 4 min.one by one for each point respectively.It can beseen that point 1~# and point 6~#(in bottom plate of the column)are thermalsensitive points(or thermal weak points).These points can be selected for thebest thermal-controlled points to improve thermal accuracy of NC machine tool.2)To test and verify linerization theory of machine thermal characteristics.The experimental results of the thermal displacement responeces of the spindleshow linerization of thermal characteristics of machine tool in which differentplaces are excited by the heat-excitation device.There are many functions of the device,and the reliability is high by theresults of a long-term experiments.The device can be employed in effectivelyresearching characterisitics of precision machine and selecting the best pointsof thermal controlling.
