摘　　要： 作者根据在上海地区大规模调研的结果,对家用集中空调在我国的发展现状和前景作了分析。指出我国住宅空调的发展是超常规的。家用集中空调的产品定位应是高端的独立式住宅。适合普通住宅的空调方式应是区域集中供冷供热;适合所有住宅类型的家用集中空调方式应是变冷媒流量的多联机。家用集中空调应作为工程而不是家电。 A large scale investigation of the application of domestic household central air conditioning (HCAC) system in Shanghai city is performed. The development issue and prospect of HCAC industry are discussed. It is indicated that the development of air conditioning in residential buildings is transnormal. The market of HCAC should be focused on high-grade individual housing. Type of air conditioning mostly suited to normal residential buildings is district heating and cooling systems. Type of HCAC suited to all housings should be variable refrigerant volume multi-unit system. HCAC should be treated as facility project, not as appliances.
