摘　　要： 技术创新是目前推动经济增长的最主要因素,高新技术中小企业要在技术选择和技术替代中,根据我国高新技术产业技术创新的特点和企业自身资源优势,选择合适的技术创新战略,推动企业发展。 Innovation sustains the progress of an enterprise. It is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity and development of an enterprise. Nowadays, technological innovation is the main factor of pushing forward economic growth, hence according to our country's high-tech industry technological innovative characteristics and the enterprises' resource superiorities, medium and small-sized high-tech enterprises must choose suitable technological innovation strategies between technological choice and technological substitution.
