摘　　要： 从传统金融观到现代金融观的变迁经历了一系列重大的影响人类历史性的巨变,关注与研究这些金融理论的变迁是21世纪中国立国、强国的基本战略问题。以金融资源学说为基础的金融可持续发展理论与战略的提出正体现了传统金融观向现代金融观转变的历史进程。该理论以可持续发展、经济资源观及金融资源学说为主要内容,是制定和实施国别、地区和全球的金融可持续发展战略的理论基础。 The change from traditional financial theory to a modern one involves a series of major shifts that may have historical influence. A research of this change can be a strategic problem in China in the 21st century. As the sustainable development theory of finance based on financial resources doctrine epitomizes this historical process of the change, it can be the theoretic foundation of making and implementing sustainable development theory of finance nationwide and worldwide.
