摘 要: 研究了铒/镱共掺光纤的超荧光特性,用4.5m长铒/镱共掺光纤在248mW的1064nmNd∶YAG激光泵浦下,在峰值波长1534.96nm处,光谱3dB带宽为1.76nm。其输出光功率达23mW,斜率效率为12.9%,输出功率稳定性为±0.05dB。 The super fluorescent characteristics of the Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+) co-doped fiber are investigated. The output power of 23 mW was obtained for a 1 064 nm Nd∶YAG laser pumped 4.5 m long Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+) co-doped fiber at an absorbed pump power of 248 mW. A slope efficiency of 12.9% was also obtained with the power stability of ±0.05 dB and 3 dB bandwidth of 1.76 nm at peak wavelength of 1 534.96 nm.
