摘　　要： 时间分辨荧光免疫分析是一种新型的超微量的免疫标记分析方法,集酶标记免疫分析和放射免疫分析等优点于一身,且无放射性污染等。本文主要介绍了时间分辨荧光免疫分析的原理、优点,螯合剂的种类,以及各种分析技术及其应用现状和进展。 In this paper, we present a new immunoassay technologytime-resolved fluoroimmunoassay, intro-duce its principle and advantage, the kind of its chealate,study its analytical technique,and introduce its situation andprogress.
