摘 要: 对旧书刊纸纤维素酶脱墨的工艺进行了研究,优化出了最佳工艺,并与传统的化学法脱墨效果进行了比较。旧书刊纸纤维素酶脱墨的最优工艺条件为:酶用量3%,浆浓15%,酶处理温度40℃,pH值4.0。与化学法脱墨浆相比,纤维素酶脱墨浆的滤水性能得到改善,纸浆的物理强度性能也得到了提高。 Enzymatic deinking of post consumer printing paper with cellulase was studied in this paper,the enzymatic deinking conditions were optimized.In addition,the deinking efficiency and the properties of deinked pulps by using cellulase and conventional chemicals were compared.The results showed that the enzymatic deinked pulp had better drainage,better physical properties as well as better bleachability compared with the chemical deinked pulp.The optimal cellulase reaction conditions were:enzyme dosage3%,pulp consistency15%,temperature40°C and pH4.0.
